2019: Wedding Ceremonies
Continuing our look back at all our 2019 weddings, today we are showing off the beautiful wedding ceremonies. You can look back at our other 2019 posts about head tables, wedding stationery, the jewelry, the bridesmaid attire, men’s attire, shoes, cakes, bouquets and a data-driven analysis.
Spring Wedding Ceremonies
One Catholic mass and one outdoor garden ceremony, on the same day in April! Despite slightly chilly temps and crazy wind gusts in the afternoon, everything turned out beautifully, and as planned.
Summer Wedding Ceremonies
Three outdoor ceremonies and two indoor ceremonies, all went off without a hitch. The Veritas Vineyards ceremony was my biggest challenge, in an area of the state I am less familiar with, and unpredictable summer thunderstorms. But in the end, the weather cooperated on all these June, July and August days.
Private Home Weddings
Also in June, we had these two wonderful home weddings, one in Virginia and one in Maryland. Again, we could not have asked for better weather for these ceremonies.
Fall Wedding Ceremonies
Throughout September, October and November, we had these three outdoor wedding ceremonies and two indoor ceremonies. The indoor DAR ceremony had been planned to be outside, but the temps were very low, and the call was made to move the ceremony inside. The cocktail hour was still outside, as was the dancing after the dinner reception. We did have space heaters.
