Happy Birthday Scarlett!

This kid slays me. My best friends’ daughter, Scarlett, turns 3 today. Her party is on Saturday and I’ll be posting those photos as soon as I can. For her first birthday we did a Row Row Row Your Boat theme. Her second birthday was Pop on Over for Bubbles & Brunch. Her third birthday theme, Little Stinker, is the best one yet.
