The Line Hotel Wedding in DC
This wedding at the Line has lots of gorgeous details, but the most important one is obviously the dog! Everyone knows that the VVIP of this wedding was Charlie the Chihuahua. Another gorgeous fall wedding at the Line. This time we are showing off a ceremony in Carina, with cocktail hour on the roof, and then the reception in Banneker.
More wedding detail flat lays with tiny dogs, please and thank you!
I feel like a broken record, but the Line does not skimp on photo ops. I love a hotel that considers its event and public spaces during the property design and just keeps giving us gold to work with! Bonus points when the hotel is dog-friendly, especially for wedding photos!
I adore these blue bridesmaid dresses. They are so chic, and they work perfectly for a formal fall wedding.
Jewish Wedding Ceremony at the Line
In case you didn’t know, there is a small room right by the Carina ballroom that is perfect for a Ketubah signing! The couple skipped a chuppah but did this fun ceremony backdrop that included a vintage wrought iron garden gate, greenery, candles, and strings of Edison bulbs. Working with the couple on this gorgeous decor piece for their wedding ceremony was so fun. Charlie was invited to the ceremony, but he decided to nap instead.
Line Hotel Wedding Reception
We used a lot of the in-house Line pieces for the wedding reception but added blue stationery. Since we rented larger tables for the head table, we also rented deep blue linens for those tables.
Charlie was too tired from his earlier naps to attend the reception, but his likeness was present on this colorful wedding cake!
We are lucky enough to have worked at the Line many times. Check out this art-inspired wedding with citrus accents! Or check out this autumn wedding with a second-line grand exit!
