Hotel Monaco DC Wedding | Happy 4th Anniversary!

This awesome couple had a slightly unique wedding weekend because it was during the 2013 federal government shut down. Which meant that their guests were limited in what they could visit while they were in town! It was a bit of a bummer, but we had a great party to make up for it!

When the reception was over, we led all the guests outside to Eighth Street where we had a lobster roll food truck set up for our late night snacks. It was a HUGE hit with all the guests. This is a great way to use a food truck at your wedding because it gets your guests out of the reception space and allows your vendors to begin load out right away. You will want to make sure that they have easy parking, and that if there is poor weather, have a plan to keep your guests under cover as much as possible.
