I’ve got a load of beautiful Hotel Monaco DC wedding photos for you today. This wedding occurred last summer, and I am stoked to share these great photos with you.

I’ve been lucky enough to work at Hotel Monaco DC many times, so you can check out these other weddings if you are so inclined: A Gold Glam Wedding, A Preppy Fall Wedding,  and A Blue and Yellow Spring Wedding.

First up, some great wedding details. You can’t ever go wrong with a glam gray and gold wedding invitation suites. Or blue Jimmy Choos. Nor a classic white bridal bouquet.

Isn’t M just totally, stunningly gorgeous? They opted for the traditional “first look” on the spiral steps, but B is the first groom I’ve noticed reaching back like this and it makes me swoon.

After the first look photos at Hotel Monaco, the couple went across the street to the Smithsonian’s National Portrait Gallery to take a few more photos. Usually the gallery is amenable to this, so long as you don’t have a huge entourage and aren’t causing a scene.

Look at these sexy dudes and foxy ladies. Such a good looking wedding party.

M and B are both Catholic, but don’t have a home church in DC. Luckily, Holy Rosary  Church in Washington DC is welcoming to couples who might not be members, but wish to celebrate a Catholic wedding mass. The church is also located nearby Hotel Monaco, which is super convenient. Given the July heat, we still provided transportation for the wedding guests. The nice part about this church is the large social hall in the basement that you can wait in before the ceremony. The tricky part about this church is that the foyer is that there must be 2 people outside to hold the doors open for the wedding party – there is no foyer to wait in!

There are certainties in life. Taxes. Death. The escort card table set up outside the Paris Ballroom at the Hotel Monaco in Washington DC. This is a classic look, and a great first impression for the wedding guests.

This Buttercream Bakeshop cake slays me in all its modern glam perfection. And it was delicious. Plus that cake topper is so my jam.
