Bride and Groom Wedding Portraits | 2015

Earlier this week I shared some of my favorite candid wedding photos from 2015. Today I am back with bride and groom wedding portraits that I loved and two more candid photos that I wanted to share. Bride and groom portraits usually do not show off anything I had a hand in; but I love my couples so much that these portraits deeply touch my heart.

This bride and groom took photos around Old Town Alexandria, before their wedding at the Alexandrian Hotel. Photo by Deb Lindsey.

We could not escape the drizzle at this destination wedding in Edinburgh, Scotland, so we made it work in our favor! Photo by Orange Lemur!

Rocklands Farm in Poolesville, Maryland, offers seemingly endless opportunities for bride and groom portraits! Photo by Eric Laurits.

The “cherry blossom rain” at Oxon Hill Manor was expertly captured by Michelle Lindsay!

While these are not official couple portraits, I think they fit the theme of this post! A hora photo can be so great – so long as your photographer is in the right place at the right time! I learned this this hard way – the chairs should start in a position that faced the photographer.
