2019 Weddings: Real Bouquets
Time to begin my annual round up of wedding details from the last year. Today we look at almost all of the bouquets (including bride and bridesmaid bouquets) from our 2019 real weddings. If you like this kind of thing, you can also check out 2018 bouquets, 2017 bouquets, 2016 bouquets and 2015 bouquets. And if you want more than just pretty pictures, I’ve got the 2019 real wedding data post for you.
Spring Wedding Bouquets
I think after a long cold winter (not that the DC area had that this year, but that is a topic for another day) people just want to see something in bloom. Which is why we might see so much white and green in the spring bouquets – we are just desperate for greens to be around us!
These first two bouquets are from the same wedding, and I like how different the bridesmaid bouquet is from the bridal version.
Summer Wedding Bouquets
Summer brings us all the color, and some classics too. In addition to still seeing all white bouquets for those quintessentially classic brides, we have so much color. And of course, lavender is going nowhere, it is here to stay in our wedding color palettes forever.
We used to have bridesmaid bouquets be quite different from the bride’s bouquet. These days they are usually very similar and a little smaller.
Fall Wedding Bouquets
We see three types of bouquets here in the Fall: the classic white with a touch of blush bouquet. The I’m holding onto summer for as long as I can colorful wildflower bouquet. And It’s fall and I’ll have the Merlot thank you very much bouquet.
The two bridesmaid bouquets seen here (framed by the colorful dresses) were smaller versions of the bride’s bouquet.
This is the first of close to a dozen similar posts I will do for my 2019 weddings, so please check back regularly to see the cakes, the shoes, the dogs and everything else that I found fun and interesting!
