Glen Echo Park Wedding Anniversary: KD & Matt!

I’ve kept in touch with Matt due to our shared affinity for sports via social media, and with Kirsten, putting all those heart emojis on the photos of their 2 cute kids.

This wedding venue is Glen Echo Park, one of my most favorite wedding venues in the DC area, because it is so colorful and whimsical and retro – all of my favorite things! It is the closest thing to a Wes Anderson movie set that you can find in the DC area.

Glen Echo Park has a number of event options. There is a grassy circle where you can get married. You can also get married in the Cuddle Up, or you can have cocktail hour in the Cuddle Up. You can use the Bumper Car Pavilion or the Spanish Ballroom as your main space. The Spanish Ballroom requires a full carpet or turf covering, which is probably going to run you close to five-figures. Glen Echo Park also has a list of required caterers. It is on the larger side, it can accommodate 200 guests.
