Patty and Josh put so much time and effort into personalizing their DC wedding. Starting with the customized DC-themed welcome boxes that their guests received when they arrived at the hotel, no detail was overlooked. The wedding invitations were classic black and white. Once guests arrived at the wedding,  a magenta pink was incorporated into the design. After a beautiful Catholic ceremony, and some fun-loving portraits, the wedding celebration continued at the Newseum. The cocktail hour was on the 7th floor terrace, overlooking the Capitol building. Dinner followed inside ballroom with panoramic views, featuring delectable food stations by Wolfgang Puck Catering. Dinner was capped off with an extensive dessert display, including a cupcake tower and a water polo themed groom’s cake. Guests danced the night away to live band Gypsy Wisdom until Patty and Josh were whisked away by a local pedicab.
