Monica and Dave turned to her Portuguese heritage to inspire their Washington DC wedding.  After their Catholic nuptials and a photo session at the Capitol, the reception at St. Francis Hall kicked off with hors d’oeuvres, a specialty cocktail and cigars. The paper goods were inspired by Port wine labels and barrels and the massive dinner buffet was highlighted with a suckling pig carving station. Their band Sound Nation had the dance floor packed all night long.
