Allison and Heath knew exactly what they wanted for their marriage celebration: a traditional Catholic ceremony in one of DC’s most classic churches, Holy Trinity in Georgetown. Following the full mass was an immensely personalized reception at Le Meridien Hotel in Arlington, Virginia. Allison and Heath admitted that they blew the budget on their uber-talented photographer, Paul Morse, so Allison was determined to DIY as much as she could. And DIY she did – the lanterns, the menu napkin rings, the ceremony programs, the seating chart, and so much more. A few fun Etsy purchases like the Scrabble pillows and the lace table runners rounded out the perfect decor. After Allison enjoyed a huge slice of wedding cake, the night was capped off with s’mores on the hotel’s terrace’s fire pits, a huge hit with the guests.
