Paper Party 2016: New York City

What can I say – Rainbow Hologram – is that not the best party theme ever? Five years in and we were finding our groove. We knew how to decorate without bringing tons of stuff with us from DC. We knew how to stuff 150 swag bags in about 40 minutes after opening the boxes. We knew that guests cared more about an open bar instead of free hors d’oeuvres. Sponsors kept coming back because they saw the value in what we were doing for the stationery community. Nole took a hard look at the guest list this year and trimmed it back to 300, which meant we had about 250 attendees. We also moved back to the 2nd floor of Hudson Terrace, which Nole preferred over the rooftop space. It was a fabulous party!
