DC Micro Wedding Video: Behind the Scenes
I am so excited to share this behind the scenes video from our June 2020 micro wedding in Washington, D.C. The ceremony was at Dahlgren Chapel on the campus of Georgetown University.
This was the couple’s original wedding date and ceremony location. In late March we postponed their wedding from June to September. But in late May, the couple conferred with their guests and decide to forego the September celebration. They really wanted to be married, so we planned a micro wedding on their original date. We had about 23 guests in attendance. Click to see all the micro wedding day photos.
After the wedding ceremony, the couple took portraits around DC.
I asked Toybox Studios to make this DC micro wedding video for a few reasons. At the start of 2020, I began to make plans to create behind the scenes videos at my weddings. Alas, that has not worked out. I also wanted to capture as much of this micro wedding ceremony on video as possible, to show how beautiful and personal a micro wedding can be.
