A Navy and Yellow Wedding at Whitehall Manor

Even though Jackie and Joey got married years ago at Whitehall Manor, I am still in love with the bouquet that Barbara from Growing Wild created for Jackie. We debated their color palette for a while – green or navy dresses; green or navy linens. I think we ended up with a perfectly preppy look that worked so well for early July in the middle of Virginia wine country. I mean seriously, those yellow orchids and the closed white peonies make me die! Thanks to Andrew Reilly for capturing the day for us!

Holy Trinity Lutheran Church welcomed Jackie and Joey (and their pastor) into their sanctuary for a lovely ceremony. Then the wedding party took these gorgeous portraits at Whitehall. Have you seen a better looking wedding party?

Celebrations Catering put together an awesome meal for us, which included a deconstructed salad for the first course, and then a bountiful family style Italian meal to follow. Finished with a wonderful wedding cake. And since their wedding was just a day before the Fourth of July, we felt a sparkler send off was quite appropriate!
